Merrill is a caring community where staff and students work together to enable each person to do their best. We offer excellent facilities, provide quality teaching and learning experiences which will ensure that our students are able to recognise opportunities, make the most of their skills, and have the confidence to aim even higher!

We have a thriving Sixth Form and, in collaboration with Noel Baker and Derby College, offer a varied and comprehensive range of subjects. Each sixth former is allocated a tutor who offers support. We offer visits to universities and careers advice is available. We also offer EMA for eligible students.
